REGULAR reader Steve Farnworth is offering his own "travel service" on the Internet from Australia.
Steve, who left Blackburn five years ago to set up home in Sydney, has contacted the Lancashire Evening Telegraph though the Net and said: "I find it very exciting that I can keep up with all the local news and events from my home town.
"I quite often have a few friends round, especially when having a "barbie", and we go through the classifieds, usually comparing prices and having a good laugh.
"I bet your customers didn't know that when they put an ad in your newspaper it could be read half way round the world at the same time it is being read in Lancashire.
And Steve ends his global message with: "If you know of any people who are considering or are about to come out to Australia, either emigrating or just for a holiday, I would be more than willing to advise and help make their transition an easy one."
