The Prime Minister has launched a new free booklet called 'A Parents' Guide To Drugs and Solvents.'
It is now more than six months since our daughter, Leah, died after taking Ecstasy and we are doing everything we can to inform both young people and parents of the risks associated with 'dance drugs' such as Ecstasy, LSD and Speed.
More and more young people are coming into contact with these drugs, so we believe it is up to all parents to find out as much about them as possible so that they feel comfortable talking to their children about the risks involved.
Produced by the Health Education Authority, the guide provides straightforward information about drugs and suggests ways parents can talk to their children about them.
We would urge all parents to get a copy of this guide which can be obtained by calling free on 0800 987999 until June 10 1996 and then on 01304 614731.
