TRIM manufacturer Viktor Achter enjoyed a double celebration at its Burnley factory recently.
The firm, which employs 350 making car interior trims, has been awarded the Investors in People standard and a top supplier award from Rover.
"Investors in People enabled us to ensure that everyone is aware of our goals and objectives, how they can help to achieve them and what training is required," said manufacturing director Geoff Farley.
