YOUNGSTERS raided their wardrobes and sorted through their old toys to hold a jumble sale in aid of charity.
Five-year-old Holly and Amy Astley, eight, together with their friends Debbie Taylor, nine, Zoe Brown, eight, and Charlotte Taylor, eight, set up their stall outside their homes in Greenside Avenue, Blackburn.
Amy and Holly's mother Mandy died of cancer four years ago and their grandmother suggested they donate the money to the SuperScan Appeal.

"They painted a sign and set up their stall and people who passed were just popping £1 in," said proud grandmother Maureen.
