TWO more men appeared in court today charged with the murder of nightclubber Kevin Sudall.
Paul Smythe, 18, of Pendle Drive, Blackburn, and John Francis Aspinall, 23, of Gloucester Road, Blackburn, were remanded in custody until July 17 by the town's magistrates.
Aspinall's brother Anthony, 24, of Windermere Close, Blackburn, has already been remanded in custody after appearing in court charged with the murder yesterday.
The three men are alleged to have murdered Kevin outside Blackburn's Club Euro nightspot on Cicely Lane, at around 2.30am on Saturday.
The 22-year-old victim, of View Road, Darwen, died from head and facial injuries.
Kevin, a former pupil of St Bede's High School, Blackburn, was taken to Blackburn Infirmary after the incident but was later transferred to the neurological unit at the Royal Preston Hospital, where he died at 9am on Saturday.
The keen Darwen Golf Club member worked for Blackburn-based East Lancashire Refrigeration.
His parents, Bill and Sheila, are being comforted by relatives and friends.
