COMIC couple Little and Large are looking forward to taking the Blackpool stage by storm this year following their hit season in 1995.
The dynamic duo returned to the Paradise Room on Saturday (July 13) for their summer season, but took time out of their hectic schedule to chat with the Citizen.
Eddie said: "We had a great time last year. It was a terrific show and we are thrilled to come back.
"We would work in Blackpool every year if we could. It is just a unique place and we are really looking forward to the 1996 season.
"We feel at home in the Paradise Room and love places like this as we were brought up on cabaret."
Syd and Eddie have a topical line-up in their act for the season, with the latest chart music and news featuring in fresh jokes.
Eddie said: "We might do a resumM-N of what has happened since we were last here. All local topical things could be in the show."
They reckon the show can be enjoyed by anyone, whether three or 93, and will be a great hit with Blackpool crowds until November 1.
Syd said: "We are here for 15 weeks during the summer, no-one else in the country runs a summer season for that long. We love Blackpool!"
Little and Large are joined by Ashley Morton, Mr Mim and Nikita Scott for the show.
It can be seen nightly at 9.30pm from Monday to Saturday or at matinees at 6.30pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Bookings can be made by calling 341033.
