CLASSIC cars congregated at Hoghton Tower for Lancashire's largest- ever vehicle display.
Around 750 vehicles, 400 individuals and others representing 30 clubs throughout the country attended the sixth annual Lancashire Classic Event.
Vehicles ranging from pre-1930s cars to modern day classics such as the MGB, Morris Minor, E-Type Jaguars and many other kit and custom cars, as well as commercial and military vehicles, were all on display.
The Lancashire Classic Car Club, the American Auto Club North West, and multi-marque clubs and around 50 individual Rover vehicles joined in the car show. Andrew Greenwood, show organiser said: "Hoghton Tower is now firmly established as the leading venue for classic events in Lancashire.
"Enthusiasts travel from all over the county, and indeed, neighbouring counties to attend this event."
A concours competiton was held and a craft marquee, auto jumble sale, trade stands, bouncy castle and quad bikes for children helped to make the day a success.
