DOES any reader know of a picture of Blackburn's first joint Member of Parliament - William Turner, of Mill Hill, Blackburn? A Whig, Mr Turner was a calico printer. He was born in 1776 and he jointly represented the town with Tory MP William Feilden between 1832 and 1841. I shall be most grateful for any information which is needed for study purposes.
