MICKY Graham of Whalley CC has been banned for 10 matches by the Vaux Ribblesdale League following an incident in a league match against Edenfield on June 29.
Edenfield's Mark Burns has also been slapped with a two-match ban plus a further two suspended until the end of the 1997 season.
Both men were found guilty of "acting in a manner calculated to prejudice the good name and interests of the League".
After receiving reports from match officials and hearing evidence from both players and their clubs, the disciplinary committee added to the two match ban already imposed on Graham by his club.
"I feel harshly done by," said Graham today.
"I will decide tomorrow, after speaking with League secretary Jim Rudd, whether to appeal against the decision."
