WE would like to pay tribute to the late Arthur Hutchinson.
He was a gentleman who worked hard for his party and as a councillor gave his all to his constituents in Blackburn, regardless of their party pursuasions.
He worked unceasingly to attend to all their complaints, and did a lot of good for this town which he served so loyally. He was an unsung hero who is sadly missed by all his friends and helpers.
We are proud to have been part of his team and remain ever as he called us - Arthur's Angels.
