EARBY and Read look out - Great Harwood are still gunning for that title! The Cliffe Park side's push for Ribblesdale League honours has been overshadowed by the exploits of the two sides from across the county.
But crocked skipper Geoff Allen sent a broadside to the two joint leaders: ignore us at your peril!
He said: "We are only three points behind Read and Earby and they are the ones getting all the attention. But we don't mind that because it takes the pressure off us.
"However, we know we are capable of winning the title and if we get seven points at Settle on Saturday it will make it all very interesting."
Earby and Read face potentially difficult trips to Padiham and Oswaldtwistle Immanuel respectively.
