WOULD you consider a good neighbour someone who takes away something you have possessed for years and then charges you £15 so you can have it back?
I refer, of course, to Burnley Football Club's stance on the long-running television reception saga.
The people living in the Lower Brunshaw area have put up with poor and, in some cases, non-existent reception since the start of building the new North Stand.
Now the East stand has been erected, even more people have been affected.
Still no progress from our "good neighbour." How much longer is it going to continue?
I also question the position our MP, Peter Pike, has taken. In his last letter to the residents, he recommended accepting the fair offer from our "good neighbour."
Just who does he represent, Burnley Football Club or the constituents who elected him?
A BRADSHAW, Brunshaw Road, Burnley.
