A MASSIVE £30 million plan to take Blackburn town centre into the 21st century was dumped by the developers.
The bombshell announcement resulted in the Boulevard site being put back on the market after London-based Hyperion Properties pulled out of the deal. The company, a subsidiary of the National Freight Corporation, said it could no longer proceed with the project in the current economic climate.
