THE director of a Preston caravan manufacturer was disqualified from acting as a company director for two years at Preston County Court.
A disqualification order was made against John Miller of Scorton Hall Park, Scorton, in respect of his conduct as a director of Trophy Leisure Ltd.
Mr Miller admitted unfit conduct and knowingly allowing the company to trade at the risk of creditors.
The company operated for 15 months from premises on Croft Street in Preston and left debts to creditors of an estimated £617,502.
