The Ewood lollipop lady hit the £106,000 jackpot only days after Blackburn's new Riva Bingo Club opened.
It's not the first time Hazel has struck lucky at bingo. She won £200 at the Mecca's opening night - 22 years ago!
"I can't believe it," said Hazel "I have't been to bingo for 10 years, but I felt lucky and my numbers came up. It's a dream come true."
But the win won't mean the 51-year-old is putting her feet up. Hazel, who's patrolled outside St Bartholomew's Primary School for 15 years, said: "I couldn't give up my job. I love it too much. The children are great and they all shouted 'Well done Miss' when they heard I'd won."
But she is planning to spend on her Ewood home, and a return trip to Florida with husband John and friends, David and Ann Williams.
She said: "It is a very expensive holiday and we had to scrimp and save to get there for our silver wedding two years ago. To be honest we thought we'd seen the last of Florida. But we're going again - it's fantastic!"
Hazel called house in the National Bingo Game after only 35 numbers. She scooped the national prize of £100,000, the regional prize of £6,368. 25 and the house prize of £243.43.
She said: "I just seem to be lucky when a new bingo hall opens in town."
