ERIC Cantona moved to Turf Moor today - and took Old Trafford with him!
But it was a transformation not a transfer that took the Manchester United star to Burnley FC as the hallowed Turf was temporarily made up to look like Old Trafford.
For Swedish TV company MeKano has taken over the ground for two days to shoot a 45-second commercial with the controversial fiery French striker.
The commercial begins with a camera opening up on empty "Old Trafford" - Turf Moor - and then zooms in close on Cantona standing in the middle of the pitch. He says: "Hello," and promptly strolls towards the goal where a nervous goalkeeper is adjusting his clothing and placing his mascot teddy bear in one corner. Cantona talks about winning games and scoring goals followed by a sequence of archive footage.
Finally, as he prepares to shoot and the goalie primes himself for the ultimate challenge, Cantona shouts: "Boo!" and the goalie jumps into one corner of the goal and hits the post.
As boos echo around the empty ground and and Cantona adds: "If you want to be a winner, remember, luck has nothing to do with it!"
He kicks the ball into the camera and a 23-letter Swedish slogan appears for the pools.
