EAST Lancashire drug baron John Green received an extra year imprisonment for non-payment of fines, court costs and legal aid totalling £81,000.
Green had been sent to prison for nine years at Maidstone Crown Court in 1983 for various drug offences. He received the further one year sentence at Burnley Crown Court for non-payment of £77,500.
Green said he had a large bank account in Bermuda totalling £three quarters of a million pounds.
