STUDENTS Rachel McNamee and Matthew Huxley had a taste of television stardom when they were asked to appear on Channel Four's new cookery show Here's One I Made Earlier.
The pupils at St Bede's High School, Blackburn, will feature in two programmes alongside their technology teacher, Marie Preedy.
During filming, celebrity chefs Mark Wogan and Stephen Saunders cooked up a host of culinary delights and after a tasting session the school team gave verdicts.
Miss Preedy said: "It was a wonderful day and the pupils got a lot out of the experience."
The shows starts on October 7 and the trio can be seen on November 26 and December 3.
Top East Lancashire chef Paul Heathcote, of Heathcote's in Longridge, has also been recruited to appear as a celebrity chef.
