I HAD to smile at the call from Mr T Momoniat (Letters, September 30), urging non-Muslims to be tolerant to Islam.
In the same issue, I read that, in Afghanistan, four women had been beaten in the streets for violating Islamic dress codes.
And correct me if I am wrong, Mr Momoniat, but isn't Islam the same religion that issued a death sentence against a writer for something he wrote in a book?
Sorry, Mr Momoniat, but there is no way Muslims can preach tolerance to the Christians of this country.
