HOLIDAY hero Phillipe Edmondson, 12, of Beech Street, Clitheroe, was congratulated for his quick-thinking actions which saved the life of a toddler.
Phillipe was on holiday with his parents in Almeria, Spain, when he dived into the hotel swimming pool to rescue a three-year-old girl who was struggling in the deep end. He was presented with a bravery award by the hotel and a certificate from his headmaster.
