THE fox-hunting season begins in November. This sick sport is kept alive purely to satisfy the bloodlust of a few.
Opinion polls have shown that 75 per cent of people are opposed to fox hunting. Many members of parliament are against it too.
With a General Election coming up, it is imperative that members hear from you, the public.
Write a letter of protest to your MP, calling for a ban on hunting with hounds of fox, deer, hare and mink, and all sport involving killing for fun.
Foxes and dogs are both victims of this senseless cruelty. Hounds must be strictly trained to master the chase because it is not their natural instinct.
In fact, dogs and foxes are relatives. Both feel pain and fear in the same way.
What is the excuse for this shameful so-called sport? It is an obscene travesty of decency and people must stand up against it.
