BLACKBURN housing chairman Coun Sue Reid is talking rubbish when she says that action will be taken against tenants causing trouble (LET, October 2).
I lived in Larkhill flats and made many a complaint about a certain tenant, but nothing was done. Other tenants also made the same complaint - again no action. The block was and is no longer a decent place. Before I was forced to move out, it was a common thing to find hypodermic needles in and around the flats and the lift full of urine and tenants making life a misery for the decent ones.
Don't say you are doing things when you are not, Coun Reid.
