THREE people were due to appear At Preston Crown Court today charged with the murder of former Burnley soldier Simon Lockett.
Mr Lockett, 24, was found dead at a house used by the Stonham Housing Association to provide accommodation for homeless women in Colne Road, Burnley, on November 14 last year.
A post mortem examination revealed that Mr Lockett, whose parents live in Highfield Road, Burnley, had been stabbed several times.
The three accused are Kathleen Theresa Norwood, 26, who was living at the address in Colne Road, and brothers Wayne Lister Taylor, 20, an engineering worker, of Spencer Street, Burnley, and 17-year-old student Adam Taylor, of Woodbine Road, Burnley.
