PUPILS from Mansfield High School, Brierfield, are to take part in a new cable TV programme aimed at young people.
They were chosen because the school is one of the few in Lancashire equipped with the latest high-tech video-conferencing and Internet facilities.
The Granada programme, F2F, is beamed to the school using ISDN phone lines and pupils at Mansfield use the tele-conferencing facilities to take part in live studio debates on topical subjects.
The programme is broadcast each weekday between 4pm and 5pm.
