A COUPLE charged with being involved with heroin, and offences under the Fire Arms Act have been remanded in custody for a week, by Leigh magistrates.
Peter Pasquill, aged 35 and Kathryn Critchley, aged 29, both of no fixed abode are alleged to have possessed the drug and to have been concerned in it's supply.
Pasquill is also charged with possessing cannabis, and being a person who had been sentenced to imprisonment for a term of three years, was in possession of a firearm.
Critchley is charged with possessing an imitation firearm an Olympic blank revolver with intent to cause persons to believe that violence would be used.
