THE BBC-2 programme, 'Saddam's Revenge,' on October 16, emphasised the deadly game we have all been playing over the past years through the proliferation of nuclear, biological and chemical weapons.
The Cold War and the wars in Korea, Vietnam and the Gulf could all have resulted in the unthinkable.
Any war in the future will be a deadly game, likened only to playing Russian Roulette.
So far, we have pulled the trigger on an empty chamber. The law of averages is not in our favour.
