HASLINGDEN'S prolific batsman Graham Knowles has been linked with Cheshire County League outfit Prestwich.
Knowles, who is currently the target of two Bolton Association sides, spoke to Prestwich officials this week.
"We are hoping that Graham will still be with us next season although he is keeping his options open," explained Haslingden skipper Mark Griffin.
"Mark has been approached by three clubs but he has had no firm offers yet."
The Bentgate all-rounder smashed the Lancashire League individual scoring record last season, blasting 183 not out against Rawtenstall. Knowles finished the campaign with over 900 runs.
Knowles played as a non-contract player with Lancashire last season and featured in a number of second string fixtures.
