WHEN pictures were being taken at the opening of Blackburn's revamped Boulevard, I hope that a camera was pointed in the direction of Railway Road, where poor peasants queue in the cold for transport to Queen's Park Hospital, the Infirmary and all stations to Higher Croft.
What a prospect for the coming winter!
If anything is going to go off half-cock, you can be sure that the people who run this town will make an excellent job of it.
