THE Blackburn housing chiefs are slow in taking action regarding bad tenants. They are all talk and no action.
It grieves me to see the measures that have to be taken to stop vandals. Ribble House, Blackburn, is now like a jail. The former caretaker's flat is boarded up with wire meshing; the front door is like a bank vault.
Complaints made to the town hall fell on deaf ears. No action was taken on what was once a nice block and is now like a jail.
