NURSES who refused to care for AIDS patients risked being disciplined, warned the Royal College of Nursing.
New guidelines published by the college stressed that there was no 'opting out' clause.
The report said that more than 30,000 people in the UK had been infected with the AIDS virus and between 30 and 50 per cent would get the full-blown disease or some other form of AIDS-related illness.
