COULD anyone explain how one can get to Blackburn Railway Station approaching from Darwen?
Jubilee Street is now for buses only, and going up Mincing Lane and down Church Street is a no-go, because you can not turn right into Railway Road.
I have heard a lot of criticisms about Blackburn town planning and I think justifiably so. When reducing pollution from car exhausts is supposedly a priority, this planning just doesn't make any sense.
