MEDLEY marvels Heather Parker, Michaela Carmen, Isen Hill and Kristy Austin were in golden form for Howe Bridge Aces.
The foursome won the 13/14-Year event by more than a half-length at the first Central Lancashire Age Group Gala of 1997.
Swimming to bronze were the 13/14-Year medley team of Chris Sunn (back), Ben Hancock (breaststroke), Chris Atherton (fly) and Gavin Dagnall (freestyle).
In his first solo swim at this level Peter Hutchinson hit silver in the 10-Year 50 butterfly - a great showing.
Two high spots in the 14-Year 200 IM with Michael Carmen second and Heather Parker fourth.
Andrew Oakes was sixth in the 12-Year 100 freestyle while the 11/12-Year freestyle team of Vicky Dagnall, Susie Gordon, Louise Simms and Sally Green qualified for the final.
