LANCASHIRE'S nuclear boffins were rapped over the knuckles for blinding people with science.
They were asked for an explanation of terms used in reports on radiation levels across the county.
Blackburn councillors issued the 'could do better' verdict when they could not fathom the latest report from Radmill, the county's nuclear watchdog body.
