POLICE hunting hitmen who executed Darwen accountant David Wilson were widening their search abroad. It was believed that the two masked gunmen who shot the accountant at his luxury home in Brinscall had fled the country. Checks were carried out at airports and ports.
A bomb exploded on the track near Wandsworth Common station, 30 minutes after police received a warning from terrorists.
