A TEAM of Korean businessmen visited East Lancashire as part of a major mission to the UK.
The five industrialists toured the Lucas Varity site in Accrington and the Polygram compact disc plant, Blackburn, during the visit, organised by the DTI and INWARD.
"They were very impressed with the skills and flexibility of the workforce in East Lancashire," said Liz Demaison, of the East Lancashire Promotions Partnership, who accompanied the party on their visit.
"As they were from manufacturing industries themselves they were interested to learn how the factories operated."
