VISITORS from Palestine's West Bank and Gaza Strip were guests of Hindley Mornington High School.
Four Palestinian study fellows spent five days on a pilot project to observe school and staff development and change in a project funded by their National Authority and the Overseas Development Administration.
Mornington science teacher Dr Shahhet acted as interpreter as the visitors shared managerial skills.
Sue Hitchen of Mornington High said:"They were invited as a result of praise for Mornington High by Ofsted inspectors.
"They were impressed by the friendly and helpful aopproach of pupils and staff. Everyone involved greatly enjoyed the opportunity to meet and exchange views and experiences."
