A total of £458,000 was raised nationally with £250,000 going to Marie Curie Cancer Care.
Employees at Samlesbury organised 53 fund-raising activities last year including beer festivals, fun runs, and parachute jumps to collect a total of £76,000.
Under BAe's charity challenge programme, employees aged under 26 are encouraged to raise money for charity and at the same time develop teamwork and organisational skills.
