SACKED barmaid Tracey Harrison ended up fighting on the floor with her former boss after she returned to the pub where she once worked.
Bury Magistrates were told that 26-year-old Harrison called into the Eagle and Child in Bolton Road, Bury, from which she had been barred.
Prosecuting, Mr. Jonathan Savage described how she had refused to leave but when the landlord took hold of her arm there was a struggle. She picked herself up and threw a bottle of beer at the licensee, fortunately missing him. But on her way out of the pub she put her fist through three glass panels.
Defending, Mr Mark Taylor said: "Miss Harrison used to work at the pub but she was sacked about a year ago, and there has been ill-will between herself and the landlord ever since."
Harrison, a single parent with two young children, of Canterbury Drive, Bury, pleaded guilty to causing unlawful damage. She was given a twelve-month conditional discharge but ordered to pay £20 compensation.
