LANCASHIRE Lynx will be looking for their fifth consecutive victory tonight when York Wasps are the visitors to Deepdale (kick off 7.30pm).
Unbeaten at home so far, Lynx have dominated these games having adapted to the wide open spaces of Deepdale very well. Despite winning at Doncaster last Sunday Lynx gave a disappointing display and were fortunate to come away with the points.
Despite this performance coach Kevin Tamati is unlikely to make any changes although he will be hoping that Carl Briscoe will be fit to return to action after missing last week's game with hamstring problems.
Also likely to be included in the squad is Danny Jones who has been signed from Wigan St Judes and created a good impression in the Alliance side last week.
York currently stand just below halfway having won two of their six games so far. They have been beset with financial problems and at one point were in danger of folding.
However, a consortium of local businessmen took over the club and the signs are that they have put the club on the right track. Last time out they put 50 points past Doncaster to show that they could be a handful for Lynx.
Lynx will line up: Parsley, Waring, Moffatt, Finney, S Smith, Ruane, Kelly, Taylor, Walsh, Francis, Gee, Briscoe, Solomon. Subs from: Stewart, L Smith, Westwood, Gleave, Molineux, Jones.
