ARSONISTS were being hunted after they destroyed a £20,000 lorry loaded with beer at Fogarty's warehouse, off Bolton Road, Blackburn.
Greengrocer Brian Bramley was saved from death by a passing doctor after his pick-up truck smashed into the back of a parked lorry on the Haslingden bypass. His shocked wife, Karen Pickup, a Lancashire Evening Telegraph reporter, arrived at the scene to cover the horrific accident.
