IN response to Peter White's article (LET, April 15), Graeme Le Saux may have another two years of his contract to fulfil at Blackburn Rovers, but frankly his attitude on the pitch at the moment is not one cherished by the fans.

We can sense that other team members are committed to the cause of pulling Rovers from the relegation mire.

Colin Hendry playing despite injury and Tim Flowers' after match displays of emotion surely speak for themselves.

Maybe Graeme Le Saux should look at his peers for clues to what adherence really means.

At the end of the day, if players such as Graeme Le Saux aren't happy at a club they can generally turn their backs and look elsewhere for their ideals. But as long as Le Saux is wearing a Rovers shirt he should show the commitment that took him from Chelsea's reserves to a Premiership winning side.

Le Saux has fought a personal battle against injury, helped by the club - now he should at least show gratitude and battle against relegation.
