MORE than 200 people helped a Blackburn-based business support agency celebrate its 10th birthday.
Among the visitors to Boostrap's celebrations were clients who have benefited from its services during the past decade.
Project co-ordinator Elizabeth Taylor said: "We were delighted to see so many long-standing clients and look forward to the next ten years."
Bootstrap provides advice, guidance and support for jobless people including those who want to become self-employed.
Its 1997 programme includes a business start-up course, training for catering businesses and a women's business course.
