EAST Lancashire railway vandals were warned they were risking their lives by playing deadly pranks with speeding trains.
The grim warning followed an incident near Darwen station when a train packed with Rovers fans was forced to a halt because rubble had been dragged on to the track.
Police said vandals risked injury and mutilation through such mindless acts, as well as putting the lives of train passengers in danger.
