I AM writing to protest about the decision made by East Lancashire Health Authority to terminate the funding for the Breast Care Nurses.
We have received a high standard of service from these ladies for individual patients referred to them for advice or counselling, also as a practice, when we received unlimited support and assistance when organising a Breast Awareness campaign.
Any pressure brought to bear over this decision would be supported by this practice.
