A MULTI-million pound development of Blackburn's Queen's Park Hospital was set to be put on hold in favour of two plans from opt-out trusts.
Regional health chiefs were considering whether to accept a spending option which would put back the £13 million plans for at least a year.
The North Western authority was due to decide on 21 options for the 1994-95 capital programme.
