A FRENCH business student is helping out in a community advice centre dealing with debt problems.
Jerome Franzina, 24, is in East Lancashire as part of an exchange with the Burnley-based organisation for budding business people with disabilities, East Lancashire Into Employment.
He is working with staff at Burnley Business Centre which helps around 9,000 people a year.
Centre manager David Presto said: "Jerome has been doing very well. He is coping with the paperwork but I think he has a bit of trouble with our Burnley accents!"
Ten students on a three-week exchange funded through the European Union's Horizon programme are working with a variety of businesses including Burnley College, Burnley library, Rockenbay Ltd, Colne, and Protec Fire Detection, Nelson.
They are studying for the Baccalaureat which is similar to a level 3 National Vocational Qualification.
