BARGAIN hunters need look no further than Gigg Lane for the Spring sale of all-time.
The Shakers are currently selling season tickets for 1997-98 at a discounted rate that could mean a reserved seat for just £190 (£7.30 per game adults) and £90 (£3.46 juniors).
And that would represent fantastic value even if the side were not perched on the edge of promotion to Division One.
The Prices go up to £225 (£8.65 per game) and £100 (£3.84) from next Wednesday night. There will be no extension.
"Fans have realised what great value the tickets are an we have already sold more than 1,000 season tickets for next term," confirmed Gigg Lane commercial chief Neville Neville.
"I would urge fans to hurry up and snap up a season ticket, there may never be a bargain like this again. There is every chance they will be seeing top class sides at Gigg Lane and will be guaranteed a reserved chair. They have to take into consideration that a lot of games will be all-ticket next season and for many matches large sections of our ground normally reserved for home fans will go to the visitors."
Season ticket prices at the May level will rise again in June as will all the hospitality membership. Executive Club membership costs £390 in April rising to £430. Boardroom Membership is £500 rising to £550.
The Shakers have also announced special ticket price deals for the last match of the season against Millwall on May 3.
The Manchester Road End will house home fans at a cost of £8 for adults and £4 for juniors. Juniors with special vouchers, distributed through the schools will be allowed in for just £2.
Millwall fans will be housed in the Cemetery End and the Family Stand will be open as normal.
