PAUL Heald is a man with a vision.
He has taken up the post of organisational development director at ELTEC following the retirement of Harry Buls.
And he takes over at a time of change for the 40-strong department following the launch of Business Link.
"Local employers now have a range of options for business support," said Paul. "This is an ideal opportunity for ELTEC to focus on its unique programmes; ones which develop the organisational abilities of managers and skills of their staff."
Paul, 39, who lives in Blackburn, joined ELTEC six years ago after working as an account executive for a Preston PR agency.
He chaired the North West Institute of Marketing last year
In his new post he will be responsible for Investor in People, World Class Manufacturing, Lifetime Training and NVQ programmes.
