DARWEN has new councillors appointed to look after our welfare, but if the incomers are anything like the outgoers, I think they might well apply to the Guinness Book of Records at the outset, for the bus shelters on the A666 in Darwen to be recognised as the filthiest in Britain.
The shelter outside the western cemetery even preserved vomit for four weeks.
