There has been recent publicity to the mysterious disappearances of cats from the Halton area. I have now lost three cats since January, the most recent vanishing on April 13.
Someone knows who is responsible for this or knows directly where these cats are and what their fate is. I implore you not to harm these cats, to return them safely or let us know where they are. You cannot begin to imagine the suffering, distress and worry of the cats' owners, not knowing the whereabouts or safety of their pets.
I would like to ask the public to be extra vigilant and report anyone who is acting suspiciously towards cats to the RSPCA.
Any information whatsoever can be passed in confidence to me on Lancaster 812082 or to Inspector Alston-Dunseith at the RSPCA on 0990 555 999.
Whoever is responsible must be stopped before more innocent animals are snatched.
Mrs Gillian Goodger,
Halton.
